RVA Home Services Group provides property improvement, renovation, and repair services including painting, drywall, gutters, windows, siding, countertops, refinishing, reglazing, and vapor barrier installation for residential and commercial clients in the Greater Richmond, VA area.

2. Quotes and Service Agreements

• Online requests are estimates only and do not form a binding contract.
• The final price, scope, materials, and timeline will be detailed in a written service agreement signed by both parties.
• Hidden or unforeseen conditions (e.g., water damage, mold, or structural issues) may result in change orders or price adjustments.
   

3. Scheduling and Access

• Appointment times are provided within a reasonable window and may change due to weather or supply delays.
• Customers must provide safe access to the job site and remove valuables or fragile items before work begins.
   

4. Payments and Refunds

• RVA Home Services Group does not currently accept online payments via the Site.
• Payment terms, deposits, and refund policies are governed by your written service agreement.
   

5. Warranties

Any applicable workmanship or material warranties will be specified in the signed agreement. Unless stated otherwise, services are provided “as is.”

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, and code on the Site are property of RVA Home Services Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use this content without written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or submit false information 
• Interfere with Site security or disrupt its functionality

8. Testimonials, Reviews, and Submissions

If you provide reviews, comments, or project photos, you grant RVA Home Services Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content in marketing materials and on the Site.

No class or representative actions are permitted.

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
